Do you remember the event I participated in awhile back with Rachel Roy, where she was raising money for those affected by the floods in the Middle East with her Pakistan Tote? Well this time, this awesome designer is calling us to action once again to help those that have been affected by the tsunami over in Japan. It’s easy to forget that those people over there will be suffering and struggling for a very long time, especially when the media is no longer interested. That’s why I’m glad to take part in helping to bring their plight back to the forefront and offer you an opportunity to help the cause!
So what can you do to help?
- Head on over to Rachel Roy’s website and purchase a limited edition Japan Tote for $25. 100% of the proceeds will go to the Global Relief Fund who are providing long term aid to the Japanese victims.
- Leave a comment on Rachel Roy’s Facebook page today. For every comment, she will donate a $1 to the Global Relief Fun.
- Retweet this message on Twitter: Kindness is always fashionable! Support the #RRJapanTote & RT, @Rachel_Roy will donate $1 for every RT to @GlobalGiving:http://bit.ly/ldRfLN. For every RT, Rachel Roy will donate a $1 to the Global Relief Fund.
Thanks in advance for your help in this ladies! Remember that every little bit helps! 🙂
